Five topics
From our four fields of expertise
Each keynote comes from one of our fields of expertise. We tailor content and examples to your industry and your question.
01 · Operational Excellence
The most successful production system in the world – Lean Management
Halve lead time without working more
Most of the time is lost between the process steps, not within them. Key elements of the Lean Management system belong in every company’s toolbox.
Agenda: 45 minutes, followed by questions and discussion
- The most successful production system in the world: origins and principles (10 min)
- Where time is really lost: lead time and value creation (15 min)
- Case example: value stream analysis (10 min)
- First steps for production and indirect areas (10 min)
02 · Collaborative Excellence
From hierarchy to network
Team success and leadership in the new world of work
Top performance does not come from more control, but from clear goals, transparency on the shop floor, trust, and transactional and transformational leadership across departments.
Agenda: 45 minutes, followed by questions and discussion
- Where the world of work is heading: from hierarchy to network (10 min)
- The success factors of high-performing teams (10 min)
- What modern leadership contributes (15 min)
- Collaboration in a decentralised network (10 min)
03 · Project Excellence
Collaboration logic with the Performance-U and hybrid project management
Maximum efficiency and radically shorter lead times in projects
Classic planning and agile control are not mutually exclusive – they need each other. A value stream focus enables optimal collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Agenda: 45 minutes, followed by questions and discussion
- Why projects are late despite a plan (5 min)
- Hybrid project management: plan long-term, steer short-term (15 min)
- Collaboration logic with the Performance-U: synchronising the project and line cascade (15 min)
- Case example: shorter lead times in product development (10 min)
04 · Transformation & Culture
The evolution of organisational and leadership models
Which organisation will carry the future?
Hierarchy, value stream and agile organisation: every organisational model was the answer to the challenges of its time. Understanding where it comes from shows which model will work tomorrow.
Agenda: 45 minutes, followed by questions and discussion
- Hierarchy and Taylorism: the model of industrialisation (10 min)
- Matrix and process organisation: answers to growing complexity (10 min)
- Network and agile organisation: leadership without rigid lines (15 min)
- What this means for your company today (10 min)
05 · Transformation & Culture
Making transformation work
Project architecture, design and interventions of successful change projects
Change works where people see meaning in it. Methods come second. The worldview determines the direction of the social system.
Agenda: 45 minutes, followed by questions and discussion
- Why many change projects fizzle out (5 min)
- Project architecture and design of successful transformations (15 min)
- Interventions that work: purpose, mindset and tools (15 min)
- The pattern of successful change projects – a case example (10 min)
