Future Compass · starting your transformation
Ideas become a plan your leadership team stands behind together.
Not a strategy paper – a roadmap for 24 months
Transformations rarely fail because of the strategy. They fail because nobody in the room can say exactly where the company stands, what needs to happen next – and whether the organisation has enough strength for the next step. The Future Compass creates this clarity: a shared picture, a clear target vision and a plan that works in everyday business.
- Your North Star: a clear vision in a few sentences that gives direction – developed together rather than imposed
- 8–12 concrete sub-projects with project lead, team, target vision and milestones
- A roadmap for 24 months – and, if you wish, a kick-off that really gets implementation started
For new customers: €21,000 €30,000 net

Sound familiar?
Many initiatives, but no shared direction.
Everyone pulls in a different direction
Sales, production, development and finance pursue their own goals. The leadership team lacks a shared picture of where the journey is heading.
Strategy papers gather dust
There have been retreats and concepts. In the end, all that remained was a document – but no implementation that reached everyday business.
Too many construction sites at once
Everything is important, nothing gets finished. What’s missing is a clear priority on which projects make the biggest difference now.
When the Future Compass pays off
At the start – or when things stall midway
At the start of a transformation
Your leadership team has not yet found a common language for change. The Future Compass brings everyone to the table and onto a shared map – before the real work begins.
When progress stalls
Change is under way, but it isn’t moving forward – and nobody knows exactly why: is it the process, the skills, the leadership or the energy of the organisation? The Future Compass makes it visible.
The method
Five dimensions make your situation tangible
Instead of discussing change in the abstract, the Future Compass works with four points of the compass and a centre. Each stands for a key leadership question. This way you capture both sides of every transformation: the factual and the human.

- North – target vision & strategy: Where do you want to go? Which goals and strategic projects matter in the coming years?
- East – processes & organisation: How efficient are your cross-departmental processes? Is your organisation fit for the future?
- South – leadership & culture: How well do leadership and collaboration work – and where is the potential?
- West – business model, product & skills: Are your business model and products fit for the future? Do you have the skills for tomorrow?
- The centre – energy & dynamics: Where is there momentum, where inertia and resistance?
Your advantage: Everyone in the room talks about the same picture. This reduces the friction that arises when every manager brings their own idea of “where we stand” – and it shows the real capacity to deliver beyond glossy slides.
Your benefits
What you’ll have at the end
An honest assessment of where you stand
From interviews and data analysis: where does your company really stand – from your managers’ point of view and based on facts and figures?
A shared North Star
A clear vision condensed into a few sentences and the main fields of action for change – developed together and therefore supported together.
A transformation project ready to start
8–12 sub-projects with project name, project lead, team, target vision, milestones and schedule, prioritised and outlined for 24 months.
Momentum instead of paper
Your team leaves the workshop with a plan it developed itself. If you wish, we start implementation with a kick-off for everyone involved.
How it works
Six steps to your transformation project
The workshop is part of a consulting process lasting around 12 weeks.
Step 1
Project scoping
Goals, participants and planning – including inviting the management team.
Step 2
Preliminary interviews and data analysis
Interviews with all workshop participants based on guiding questions for all four compass points, plus an analysis of your facts and figures.
Step 3
Report
We bring the results together in a report and propose concrete fields of action – the basis for the workshop.
Step 4
“Future Compass” workshop
Two days with your management team in a hotel of your choice, away from day-to-day business.
Step 5
Results
You receive the summary: report, Future Compass and transformation project including sub-projects and time horizon.
Step 6 · optional
Kick-off
If you decide to implement: a follow-up workshop with everyone involved as the concrete start of the transformation.
The core
The workshop: two days, four parts
Part 1
Where you stand
Your team validates the report and discusses the challenges.
Part 2
Main fields of action

Part 3
Sub-projects
Usually 8–12 sub-projects, each with project lead, team, target vision, milestones and schedule.
