OKR – Objectives Key Results
The abbreviation OKR or OKRs stands for Objectives and Key Results. Simply translated, it refers to objectives and measurable key results. The OKR method is the method of choice for agile strategy implementation and control.
OKR is based on agile principles (e.g. iterative approach in short cycles, radical focus, transparency) and is therefore able to replace classic established planning, prioritization and strategy processes. OKR ideally complements (agile) concepts such as Lean, Kanban and Scrum.
Sebastian Luge and Weert Jacobsen Kramer discuss important aspects of OKRs in this podcast.
Contents of the podcast:

- OKR: How does it work?
- What are the phases of the OKR cycle
